Job Description: As a Sales Consultant at Monumental Ford, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase of new and pre-owned Ford vehicles. You will guide them through the sales process, providing expert knowledge, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. You will be a key player in our team, driving sales and customer satisfaction to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs through consultation
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Maintain expert knowledge of all Ford models, features, and promotions
- Provide accurate pricing information and discuss financing options
- Close sales and meet monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Knowledge of Ford products and services is a plus, but not required
