Position Overview: As a Sales Associate at Shared Vision Executives, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by building relationships with potential clients and partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
