Cityside Subaru is a growing organization that has served the greater area of Belmont, Massachusetts for over 25 years. We're always seeking qualified, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team! Brand New State-Of-The-Art dealership with existing customer base. Service Advisor Experience Previously Required We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. One of the highest volume Subaru service departments in the Northeast! A steady flow of work. 5 Day work week with alternating Saturdays Family Environment Simple pay plan with hourly wage and monthly commission. What We Offer

Responsibilities * Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.

• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
• Maintain a record of carryover vehicles
• Maintain a record of special order parts status
• Document flat rate time or other required timekeeping according to the service department and/or manufacturers' procedures
