Skilled Kitchen Team Member

At Red Eye Cookie Co. our mission is spreading happiness through cookies. We are a gourmet cookie shop offering pickup and delivery of our made from scratch original recipes.

Note: This is a kitchen position and fast paced environment, we love baking and cookies but also need applicants that are comfortable on their feet for 5-7 hour shifts and moving quickly between tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment

We are building a very strong team to handle increased volume and will be recognizing and rewarding those staff that meet or exceed our high standards with significant pay increases. Responsibilities

• Team members will have the opportunity to bake cookies , portion product, prepare the shop for opening and closing, and interact directly with customers .
• Employees that meet and exceed our standards can grow into Team Leads and beyond to exciting management and leadership opportunities earning $16-18+ / hr.

Store Hours

• Weekdays : 11AM - 11PM
• Thu - Sun : 12PM - 12AM

Employee Availability

• Ability to work at least 4 Shifts per week or 16-24 hours per week
• Availability for 4+ different shifts per week
• At least 2 Friday evening or Saturday evening closing shift availability (6PM to 12AM) per week
