Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the client's social media strategy to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and strengthen our brand voice. You’ll collaborate across teams to create dynamic content, foster meaningful interactions, and drive measurable results across all social platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the client's band mission and marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring consistency and timeliness of posts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the client remains innovative and relevant in the digital space.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and awareness.
- Execute paid social campaigns to support brand growth and product launches.
- Ensure alignment with other marketing efforts, including email, web, and partnerships.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the wellness or food/beverage space.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and increasing engagement.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting compelling captions and posts.
- Strong visual eye and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
