Job Summary:

• Operate electromechanical soldering equipment for electronic circuit board assembly in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Set up and verify multiple jobs using computer-generated setup sheets to ensure accurate production.
• Communicate technical data, error information, and machine malfunctions to the solder lead and machine support for quick resolution.
• Perform light maintenance and cleanup on production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor the assembly process, alerting machine support to take corrective actions to meet defect reduction goals.
• Program machines as needed to apply soldering in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards for quality assurance.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in performing tasks and maintaining equipment.
• Take responsibility for the quality and neatness of individual work, ensuring high standards are met consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, providing input on process improvements and adhering to quality protocols.
• Work in a climate-controlled environment with frequent team interactions, supporting a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
