The Sommelier will lead the floor service in wine and spirits service; serving as an educator, coach, and mentor to the Service Team; instilling The Kitchen's core values- HOSPITALITY, EXCELLENCE, TEAMWORK, IMPACT, AND PRIDE. You will collaborate with the Corporate Spirits and Bar Director, the General Manager and The Executive Chef to make strategic decisions that influence the restaurant's ability to bring food and beverage together while maintaining alignment with our company culture.
