Team Member

The Local Place in Centerville, TN is looking for one team member to join our 21 person team. We are located on 111 S. Public Sq. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. With the desire to grow with us as a company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Food Prep
• Clean up (sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces)
• Inventory
• Food Service
• Customer Service

Optimistic, warm individuals who work well in teams and independently. Willing to smile often and take pleasure in making others happy. 

Supporting the staff by washing dishes, cleaning and organizing the dish area. 

May also support the kitchen by doing prep work. 

Willingness to learn and to share coffee/tea knowledge with guests. 

Willingness to buss tables, run food/drinks and help with any other general tasks as needed. 

Being reliable, good communication skills, and a neat and professional appearance are all required.

Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor. 

Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout each shift.

Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage products. 

Maintain warm and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers.

Must be able to lift 30-50lbs

Qualifications:

• This is an entry level position with room for growth. 
• Some Customer Service experience welcomed, but not required.
