We started this company 33 years ago with the vision of creating an unmatched quality product, that is served and crafted with pride. Our ingredients are freshly prepared in-house, from slicing our own vegetables and meats, to creating our own recipes. The growth from one small restaurant in Spokane, Washington to nearly 20 locations surrounding Spokane, Tri-Cities, Yakima, Boise, and California, have given us the opportunity to invest in our vision, as well as professional success of all of our employees.

We are seeking a to grow our team with reliable, energetic, and positive minded people. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with speed and efficiency.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: (more in Job Description upon hire)

Food Preparation

• Safe handling in preparation of freshly cut meats and cheeses using kitchen equipment
• Preparing items to menu and company standards
• Adhering to all health and safety standards regarding store function

Customer Service Experience

• Demonstrates top quality customer service in the highest manner
• Encourages a customer-oriented environment

Assists in Store Success

• Performs job duties in an enthusiastic and timely manner
• Promotes a team atmosphere
• Performs all duties according to company, labor, and safety standards

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., work in a standing position during entire shift, bend, and lift for a specific period of time. Ability to count and make change. Must be able to relate well with customers. Must be able to work in rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in school. Basic math skills. Current Food Handlers Permit. Reliable transportation. Minimum age 16 or older for employment.
