Team Member Trainee

As an entry-level Team Member Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team to drive revenue and meet targets through effective campaign planning, execution, and coordination. 

Team Member Trainee Responsibilities: 

• Assist in creating and executing strategic in-person marketing plans to target specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.
• Support the development and lead the facilitation of engaging presentations to potential customers.
• Participate in marketing meetings, Team Member Trainee training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
• Implement campaigns aimed at promoting our client's available telecommunication services.

Qualifications of our next Team Member Trainee: 

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to pursue a career in marketing and management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other Team Member Trainees and internal departments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
