Tennis Retail Supervisor

Retail Supervisor is a supervisory position in the

Racquets Shop responsible for overseeing the daily operations. This role

involves ensuring the store runs efficiently, provides excellent customer

service, and meets sales and operational goals. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff
2. Management : Supervising retail staff, including training, and scheduling.
3. Customer
4. Service : Ensuring high-quality customer service by resolving
5. complaints, addressing customer needs, and setting a positive example.
6. Sales
7. Performance : Monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales reports, and
8. motivating staff to meet or exceed targets.
9. Inventory
10. Management : Managing stock levels, ensuring inventory is properly
11. organized, and coordinating stock replenishment.
12. Store
13. Maintenance : Ensuring the store is clean and organized and displays
14. products attractively.
15. POS
16. Management : Overseeing daily member account transactions, handling
17. procedures, ensuring proper POS operation, and handling financial
18. transactions.

20. Ensuring that the store complies with company policies, health and safety
21. regulations, and other legal requirements.

23. and Development : Providing ongoing training and development
