2. Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Computer, mechanical, electronic, project management major
3. CET4 or above, English can be used as a working language, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing
4. 5-8 years working experience in PM management in factory
5. The way and method of abnormal and failure analysis of the product process and the operation of related instruments
6. Familiar with process development process, process specification and case flow
7. The PMP certificate is preferred 1. Job responsibilities

1. Connect with corresponding customers to achieve internal and external VOC conversion, and timely and effectively transfer customer information and needs to the internal team
2. According to the project development schedule, responsible for controlling the development of the program segment to meet customer needs
3. Responsible for information communication and work coordination among different departments
4. Timely report work progress to superior supervisor
5. Actively review the communication status within and between departments to solve the problem of reduced efficiency caused by communication
6. Set business management procedures, advocated and implemented company policies, and ensured that company policies were implemented in the responsible area
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors
