If you are looking for a unique and exciting position, then look no further. As a Vehicle Accounting Admin for the Mills Automotive Group, you will be a vital part of our accounting team - processing car deals, verifying costs, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). You will work closely with our Dealerships, as well as be and invaluable member of our accounting team. Other Duties Include the Following

• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications
• Check the accuracy of applications
• Bill out dealer trades and prepare Certificate of Origin
• Post vehicle sales and purchases
• Process yearly renewal of dealer tags

Skill Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail
• Effective and clear communication skills - written and verbal
