Quality Assurance Specialist

To establish, implement and maintain all management standards within the organization to ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards etc.to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy management systems in overall company organization. Assuming the role of Management Representative of Management Systems for entire company. Preparing and maintaining all type of reports related to ISO system performance, audits, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives. Attending Sub-contractor / Supplier Audits and following up the identified non- conformities and their closure. Documenting and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Developing, communicating, revising, and maintaining documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and process flows etc. to meet ISO requirements. Aranan Özellikler: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. (Chemical Eng, Ind. Eng. Met. and Materials Eng etc.) Minimum 3 years related work experience in Construction Industry preferably. Construction Materials Manufacturing Industry. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc.) with certification in basic trainings and Internal Auditor Training. Proven experience in certification and recertification process. Good Level of English in Written and Verbal Communication. Expertise in MS Office. Expertise in Auditing. Experienced in Lean Production Techniques.
