Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Antrim are looking for Administration Officers to join their team
Rate of pay: £12.59ph Weekly Pay (Additional allowance of £107.33 per month)
Start Date: ASAP (Once higher clearance is through and registration is complete)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:
Provide EO2 Caseworkers and Casework Manager with administrative support to ensure that Parole Dossiers, including associated case conferences, are collated, completed and made available to the Parole Commissioners within the agreed 8 week timescale and assist them to gather information and distribute to relevant parties including PSNI, PCNI, Departmental Solicitors, Prisoners and their representatives whilst ensuring the information is saved onto the Content Manager system, arranging for distribution to PCNI, Departmental Solicitors, Prisoners and their legal representatives in line with DPA and GDPR requirements. • Manage and maintain the paperwork in relation to Prisoner:- Licensing Panel meetings Transition leave Temporary release Transfer list Recall list • Process the payment of invoices. • Manage and maintain PDU mailboxes and calendars • Collate information for statistical use or to assist management to provide responses to DPA, FOI or Solicitors Letters. • Maintain and update the PRISM system as required. • Providing accurate advice and information to a wide range of customers including legal profession, other Departments, senior management etc. • Ensure new practices/legislative changes are being followed. • Manage information in line with current legislation and internal policy and protect the integrity of PDU records; ensuring that all information is managed appropriately and shared securely. • Provide administrative support to the Head of Administration (DP), PDU Head of Function (Governor), PDU Unit Managers, Senior Officers and PDP Co-0rdinators in all aspects of business performance and service delivery. • Provide assistance to other AOs when required
This post qualifies for a Prison Environment Allowance of £107.33 per month
Essential Criteria:
Microsoft word experience would be helpful ** 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths & English (We will require proof at time of application)**
