We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of property management principles.

The role involves working closely with senior management, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site visits, inspecting properties, and maintaining accurate records of project progress.

They will also assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
