Our client, an upmarket Estate Agency located in a prime London location, is on the hunt for a talented Assistant Property Manager to join their team. You will be working on a portfolio of properties located in affluent areas of London, providing an excellent service to tenants and landlords.

Duties include:

• Managing a residential property portfolio of 100-150 properties, together with the Property Manager
• Liaising with tenants and landlords daily
• Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the portfolio
• Co-ordinate contractors to carry out necessary work
• Processing of contractor invoices including remittances
• Liaise with Landlords to approve costs on work that needs to be carried out
• Ensure gas certificates are always valid and in place
• Maintaining an updated property file
• Providing a 5* customer service experience to all clients

You will be:

• Assistant Property Manager with 1-2 year’s experience
• Experience assisting with a high end property portfolio highly desirable
• Excellent communicator
