Location : London, United Kingdom Hybrid onsite 2 days a week

We are looking for candidates with experience in CODA (Unit4) v12 and Cognos BI (IBM) v10 to join a support-based role. The position involves resolving technical and functional issues across various financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Addressing issues related to CODA Financial, CODA Invoice Matching, and CODA XL for data processing in Management Accounting , Financial Accounting , and Payments .
• Resolving data loading challenges using CODA table links .
• Troubleshooting XML file issues .
• Writing queries using SQL Server Management Studio 2012 and Oracle PL/SQL for database interrogation and data extraction.
• Developing, managing, and maintaining Cognos BI reports .
• Keeping knowledge articles and support documentation up to date.
