Account Executive

A growing workforce management (WFM) SaaS provider is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to help drive growth within a niche business unit through managing inbound leads, closing new business, and fostering strong relationships with existing customers. You'll manage a mix of SMB to mid-sized clients, with occasional enterprise opportunities, and play a pivotal role in expansion and retention efforts. With a fast-paced environment and competitive earnings potential, this role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact. Position is full-time, direct hire, and fully remote. 

Required Skills:

• 2–6 years of experience in SaaS/technology sales, including account management or quota-carrying roles.
• Proven success in managing the full sales cycle and meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound leads and light outbound prospecting.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Experience with Outreach.io or similar tools.
• Background in healthcare, staffing, or public sector verticals.
• Ability to deliver tailored product demos and QBRs.
• Familiarity with running semi-annual business reviews or renewal negotiations.
