Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member - Remote | WFH

Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated, competitive individual to join our team as an Account Representative. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in helping clients by recognizing their needs and building lasting relationships. With your knowledge of insurance products, you'll be equipped to educate and guide customers through their options, ensuring they receive the best value for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, checking in regularly to ensure their needs are met. Use your expertise in insurance to recommend, explain, and sell products to both new and existing clients. Engage in a consultative, needs-based approach to help customers understand their insurance options and make informed decisions. Identify opportunities to generate leads, schedule appointments, and offer tailored products and services.
