A local company is seeking an Administrator/Bookkeeper to answer phones, enter accounts payable and receivables in QuickBooks, and perform other general office duties. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have prior Accounting and Administrative experience, must be computer literate with QuickBooks knowledge, must be highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
