Service Coordinator

A communications company is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, verify order status, and update customer information accurately and efficiently into database Provide accurate and prompt information to customers, as well as, pass on accurate information by the customer to the correct department Address order questions and concerns quickly and effectively Monitor a shared Inbox that contains customer orders and inquiries Assist the Service Department and keep detailed records or notes on received calls Schedule technicians and vehicle maintenance Receive shipments and stage for schedule jobs Create purchase orders, order products, and research pricing Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have prior office and customer service experience Must have the ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails every day Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, along with accurate data entry skills Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Must have solid analytical abilities The ability to adapt to change, work together in a team environment, and the willingness to take on additional duties is needed
