Assistant Server

job details Full time/part timeAs a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our servers and enhancing the guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring that guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Qualification

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for excellent service.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is a plus.

Job descriptions

- Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.

- Deliver food and beverages to tables as directed by the serving staff.

- Refill water glasses and provide bread or other accompaniments to guests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the server station.

- Assist in taking and processing guest orders when needed.

- Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and table settings are clean and properly arranged.

- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.

- Assist with special events and private dining as required.
