The individual will work closely with the service technicians and advisors, ensuring efficient and effective workflow, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Manager in managing the daily operations of the service department
• Oversee service technicians and advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain high-quality standards of service and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues
• Monitor and evaluate service department performance and implement improvements as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership operations

Requirements:

• Previous dealership experience in same role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and systems
• Valid driver's license
