Responsibilities

Create a positive guest experience each and every shift
Properly mix traditional and specialty cocktails according to Martell's standards.
Setup the bar for efficiency in a fast paced, high volume setting
Keep your bar clean and organized
Maintain proper alchohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Verify guests identification and monitor level of intoxication
