Talta Lodge is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team for our Pop-Up Kitchen Residency. This role involves working Friday and Saturday evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM. We’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and skilled in crafting quality beverages while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. - Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
- Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
- Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality
