Hurricane Hanks in Holmes Beach, FL is looking for the right person to join our incredible team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Experience leading teams in a high volume kitchen is a must.

As part of the management team you will be able to qualify for salary, gym membership, 401k, vacation, uniform allowance and other perks. You must be able to work weekends.

We need you to have the right balance between passion for your product and compassion for your team. What we don't need is an egotistical chef.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff
• Teach proper knife and cooking skills to the staff
• Oversee food inventory and ordering
• Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team
• Prepare weekly specials

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team
• Relevant food safety and handling certificate
• Experience leading a team
• Punctuality
• Desire for excellence
