Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of CNC machines by conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as the ability to manage machine installations, calibrations, and parts inventory. Maintaining detailed documentation of all maintenance activities is a key component of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to minimize machine downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC machines, addressing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system problems.
• Installation and Setup: Install and configure new CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Calibration and Adjustment: Calibrate and adjust machine components to maintain accuracy and precision in production processes.
• Parts Management: Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, place orders for replacements, and ensure availability of critical components.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and the operational history of CNC machines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Strong understanding of machine calibration and precision adjustment techniques.
• Ability to maintain and organize an inventory of spare parts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide updates.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in an industrial environment.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
