Main Responsibilities of a Dish Washer:

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dishmachine and sink.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly wash, stack, and store cookware and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels..
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.u2028

The opening of Noble Smoke marks the end of this long journey. It's a tribute to the legendary pitmasters that made (and sometimes broke) the rules. It's a heartfelt demonstration of Noble's longtime love for smoked meats. Most of all, it's a place to relax Southern-style and enjoy some great barbecue with friends.
