Summary: The Tuxedo Club Steward/Dishwasher is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual that is devoted to becoming an integral member of a culinary team that values hard work and attention to detail. tasks & Responsibilities: As a key member of the culinary team, the Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in conformity with local authority.
