Dispatcher

Job Title: Dispatcher Location: San Leandro Great Pay to $52K

Immediate need for a Dispatcher seeking to work for a Waste Management company in the East Bay Area. Looking for talented, career-oriented Dispatcher. You will be a key player in every stage of the process-from assisting scale, customers, dispatch, purchasing and processing and coordinating. The responsibilities of the position include:

· Providing friendly service to customers and company departments · Offering enthusiastic guidance to customers and employees · Scale, purchasing, dispatching support · Supervisors support and assistant · Maintain spreadsheet information · Assisting in maintaining quality and organization. · Keeping data and records up to date. · Maintenance logs, DOT records, other spreadsheet

Responsible for going to the DMV to pay fines for tickets, take care of paperwork for plates etc. · Ensuring timely information deliveries · In return we will offer you skill enhancement. · Flexibility: Adapts and changes course of action when appropriate; effectively transitions from task to task; deals well with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; maintains objectives amidst shifting priorities.

Qualifications: · Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred · Excellent customer service skills · Ability to effectively manage time · Minimum three 2-year experience preferred · Prior experience with Metals, scrap will be a PLUS · Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include, Saturdays · Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions · Flexibility: Adapts and changes course of action when appropriate; effectively transitions from task to task; deals well with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; maintains objectives amidst shifting priorities. · Initiative: Takes action proactively; addresses issues or opportunities without supervision; focuses on desired results and accomplishments; demonstrates clear purpose, enthusiasm, and a ?can-do? attitude. · Teamwork: Works cooperatively with others to accomplish business goals and objectives; asks others for their ideas and opinions; supports team's decisions; contributes to the team's efforts.

Functional Skills · Cash management skills · Basic accounting including reconciliation, debit and credit review · Computer skills Education and/or Experience · High School diploma · Some college will be a PLUS · Successful and stable employment history
