FULL TIME Team Member

General Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Take ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose by being good stewards and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A
• Take responsibility to ensure food safety & health and safety compliance 
• Relates to others with sincere care and loyalty
• Able to navigate and use POS touch-screen technology
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or whole shift, inside or outside 
• Must be able to bend and lift loads up to 50lbs. 
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills 
• Enjoys fast-paced environment, while keeping a clean and organized work space
• Although experience in a restaurant environment an asset we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
• Note: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands

Requirements

* Must have availability between the hours of 9:30am – 11:00pm * Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job. If you are not currently authorized to work in Canada, the employer will not consider your job application. * Must be able to work 35-40+ hours a week year round * Must have appropriate transportation for scheduled shifts * Available to work at least 5 days a week including one weekend weekly * Able to lift up to 50 lbs * Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multi-task * Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team * Food Handlers Certificate - or obtained within 30 days of employment
