Requirements

- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a dependable, punctual attitude. - Must have a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting HVAC equipment. - Own tools and equipment necessary for HVAC work; must be able to work independently. - Preferred: At least 5+ years of experience in HVAC or related trades. - Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Familiarity with navigating online portals for job management.

Key Responsibilities:** 

- Perform HVAC repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. - Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective, timely solutions. - Follow local safety codes and ensure compliance with all regulations. - Clearly communicate with the Superior team to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of tasks. - Manage job timelines and budgets, consistently maintaining high-quality workmanship.
