Inventory Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure stock availability.

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.

Update and maintain inventory management systems accurately.

Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs.

Organize and label inventory for easy identification and retrieval.

Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends.

Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
