Junior Paralegal

Implement case organization protocols, including calendaring and document organization.

Administrative responsibilities include, without limitation, filing of documents with courts and agencies, service of documents on opposing counsel, gathering and attaching exhibits to pleadings, assist in getting complaints and subpoenas personally served, entry of billings, filing of papers, and other items as assigned.

Partner with attorney(s) and other paralegals to address client needs. Give support for depositions, mediations, hearings and trial.

Conduct legal research on a broad variety of topics including personal injury, products liability, employment law and business disputes.

Provide law and motion support including preparation of motions, oppositions, replies, evidentiary objections and declarations.

Assist with discovery including: Drafting written discovery, responses, and objections. Conducting document reviews. Assisting with document production. Producing privilege logs. Engage in fact development and obtaining medical records and billings. Prepare meet and confer letters. Prepare and oppose motions to compel. Prepare medical chronologies and billing summaries. Prepare damages analysis and wage and hour violations analysis.
