This position focuses on internal sales, quoting, and leveraging charter platforms and industry tools to identify opportunities within the wholesale market. The role emphasizes relationship-building and expert client liaison.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
• Utilize charter platforms and industry tools to search for trip needs from the wholesale market (private jet charter brokers) and match them with our empty leg flights. • Manage quoting processes and ensure accuracy in proposals to brokers. • Build and nurture relationships with brokers to position our company as the most suitable operator for their clients’ needs. • Collaborate within internal sales team, focusing on quoting and client support, while senior roles handle higher-level client liaison and strategy. • Maintain a proactive approach to filling empty leg flights by identifying opportunities and fostering trust with brokers. • Demonstrate an expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process to guide client decision- making effectively. • Assist in preparing compelling sales presentations and proposals to enhance client engagement. • Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system for transparency and collaboration. • Partner with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands. • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to develop product knowledge and sharpen sales skills further.
Job Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Professional phone etiquette and a client-centric mindset. • A willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment. • Passion for aviation and a genuine interest in sales. • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all quoting and sales processes. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a team.
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000
