* 4+ years of experience in Commercial Drywall Construction, with a strong background in project management or estimating. * Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid (OnCenter Software), Plexxis, or similar estimating software. * A proven track record in diverse commercial projects. * A self-motivated, teachable, and coachable mindset.
