* 2+ years of experience as a litigation attorney

* Experience in any of the following areas a major plus; general civil or commercial litigation; insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, torts, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, medical malpractice

* Strong legal research and writing skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment * Optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting * Desire to grow with a team long-term * Licensed to Practice law in Washington. Oregon licensure a plus
