Job Overview:

As a Logistics Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, ensuring the efficient transportation and delivery of products. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and customers to guarantee timely shipments, track inventory, and resolve any issues that arise in the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Manage and track shipments to ensure accurate delivery and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Generate and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
• Address any issues related to delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in shipments and resolve them promptly.
• Provide updates and reports to management on the status of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics operations.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding shipping, transportation, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics coordination, shipping, or related supply chain roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, shipping procedures, and customs requirements is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with freight and carrier management is preferred.
