Job Summary The Instructional Support Coordinator is responsible for routine organizational, operational and administrative tasks of assigned mathematical sciences courses. The incumbent will work with faculty, teaching adjuncts and undergraduate mentors to ensure that all supporting material required (notes, problem solutions, demonstrations, etc.) are properly prepared and made available in electronic or paper form as needed. The incumbent will be responsible for all planning and problem solving necessary for the courses to run smoothly including scheduling, responding to student requests, inquiries and issues as well as completing required reporting. In addition, the Instructional Support Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring teaching adjuncts receive proper training.
