Job Position: Machine Operator Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73135 Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential Shift:

· Sunday – Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

· Thursday & Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

· Total Hours: 56 Hours Per Week Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transformer Winder - 3rd Shift to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will provide winding support to the assembly operation by interpreting manufacturing instructions, loading raw materials onto winding machines, and ensuring transformer coils are wound to precise specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Operations:

· Read and interpret manufacturing instructions and winding data.

· Perform necessary calculations to ensure coil winding accuracy.

· Load and operate coil winding equipment efficiently.

· Follow Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate placement of raw materials.

· Utilize micrometers to measure readings from .001 to .075 with precision.

· Work with brazing and cold welding processes as required.

· Complete and maintain Process Control Records.

· Safely operate cranes and pallet jacks for material handling.

Quality Assurance:

· Ensure all coils meet high-quality standards and production requirements.

· Maintain focus on attention to detail in all winding processes.

· Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors.

· Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively using tools and equipment.

· Demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.

· Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.

· Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Adhere to company safety regulations and promptly report unsafe conditions.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

Education:

· High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

· Minimum of two years of related experience or training in coil winding or manufacturing processes.

· Experience with industrial machinery and equipment operation preferred.

Requirements:

· Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.

· Successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
