Job Description
The Maître D' is responsible for managing the front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, overseeing the host team, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth service flow. The Maître d' is a key figure in upholding service standards, resolving guest concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants is preferred.
