Job Title: Customer Service Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Dayton
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary for events)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Customer Service & Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating events, managing social media accounts, handling weekly newsletters, and scheduling board meetings. Additionally, you will utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook for a variety of administrative and financial tasks. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across all functions.
