Physical Therapist – Transform Lives in Colorado Springs, CO

Join our dedicated orthopedic team in Colorado Springs, CO, as a full-time Physical Therapist and become a key part of our mission to help patients move better, feel stronger, and live more fully. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring care to meet their unique needs and goals. From the first consultation to the final step of their recovery, your expertise will guide them toward a healthier, more active life.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Role Includes:

• Providing focused personalized care to 1–2 patients per hour.
• Performing in-depth assessments and crafting customized treatment plans.
• Applying a variety of therapeutic techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and build strength.
• Teaching patients and their families’ effective exercises to continue progress at home.
• Collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Keeping accurate records to track progress and celebrate achievements.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with complete benefits

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency with EMR software (WebPT is a plus).
• Clean professional license history.
