Receptionist

Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations. Schedule: Monday Through Friday 3 PM to 9 PM Responsibilities: * Greet and receive prospects and customers * Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson * Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills * Outgoing and positive demeanor * Professional presentation * Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility * A clean driving record & valid driver’s license * A professional appearance We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
