Restaurant Manager

Sirens Bar & Grill in Atlantic City, NJ is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager. We pay $22-$30 per hr depending on experience, plus bonuses and provide great benefits including 50% off of everything in the store and meals from the restaurant. Additionally, we offer complimentary meals and bonuses. The typical schedule is Mon/Thurs 3-9, Fri, Sat sun 10-11.

ABOUT SIRENS BAR & GRILL

Our dockside restaurant offers innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an open-air kitchen with views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. In addition to great food, we have giant outdoor games and live music that help create a fun, playful atmosphere.

Sirens Bar and Grill is family-owned, and the owners live on the property, making them readily available to help when needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant - Ensure all guests are pleased with their experience - Scheduling team members - Ordering restaurant supplies to keep fully stocked - Input information into restaurant software programs - Conduct daily pre-shift meetings - Train staff and conduct ongoing performance assesments - Manage member database and software - Keep team members accountable for required checklists

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of restaurant management
