Starting Pay Rates:

14 and 15 Year Olds: $12/hr PT up to 20 hrs/wk: Under 18 YO - $13/hr, 18 YO and over - $14/hr PT Over 20 hrs/wk: Under 18 YO - $14/hr, 18 YO and over - $16.00/hr Full Time Year Round $16.00/hr plus additional benefits

The Restaurant Team Member's responsibility is to interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service as well as produce and monitor the quality of food, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be willing to:

* Work Quickly and Efficiently * Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines * Maintain Proper Quality Parameters * Work in a variety of positions, both customer facing and kitchen production positions. * Be on your feet for up to 4 hours without a break. * Work outside in a variety of weather conditions for up to 4 hours. * Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. * Have their own reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities include:

* Engaging with guests through order taking, meal delivery and table side service. * Food preparation and production, including operating pressure and open friers (unless prohibited by law) * Cleaning and restocking, both internally and externally * Accurate and quick bagging of order and making of beverages * Providing second mile service to guests
