JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking passionate individuals who are ready to launch their sales careers as Sales Consultants at V3! If you are eager to grow personally and professionally and want to join one of the fastest-growing solar companies in the nation, then apply today!

You Will:  

• Represent the face and voice of V3 Electric, advising and educating homeowners on their solar & utility options.

• Schedule appointments and provide in-home consultations to present our revolutionary and customizable products and services.

• Forge new relationships and pursue sales opportunities by employing a door-to-door approach within the designated region.

• Proactively network by encouraging customer referrals and regularly follow-up with potential leads.

• Own ambitious yet achievable individual and team sales targets, driving success for yourself and for those around you every day.

• Receive comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge, tools, resources, and ongoing support from day one.

• You possess a passion for sales and customer service, regardless of whether you are an entry-level or senior-level professional.

Our Benefits:

• Highly competitive commission-only structure paid on a weekly basis. Sales Consultants typically earn anywhere from $35,000 to $150,000+ in their first year. The earning potential is significantly higher for our top producers & seasoned reps.

Physical Abilities & Requirements:

• Must be able to drive without restrictions and have reliable transportation.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Must be able to frequently walk or stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to travel regionally 90 – 100% of the time.

• Must be able to work from home/remotely.

• Must be able to work in varying high to low temperatures in outdoor settings.
