Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager at Corinth Auto Group in Corinth, Mississippi. This is a full-time, salary based sales position in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring a positive and successful customer experience. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and quotas
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed individual and team targets
• Monitor sales metrics and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for increased productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities
• Train and onboard new sales team members
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Assist with closing deals and negotiating pricing when needed
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
