Position Overview: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at United Bags, Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and building lasting customer relationships. You'll manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, nurture existing accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure our customers receive tailored packaging solutions that exceed their expectations.

This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, including cold calls and follow-ups on leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend customized packaging solutions from our extensive product range.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates using our CRM tools.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to position yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Proven success in sales and customer service (3+ years of inside sales experience preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Self-Starter: Results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks and processes.
